Here are a few diabetes pudding recipes that you’ll find useful. 
Warm Apple Cinnamon Cobbler
4 apples – cut, cored, and peeled
2 small spoons of ground cinnamon
one cup of water
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
one cup of whole grain pastry flour
of cup fructose
fourteen cup of canola oil
one tsp of baking powder
one tbsp of honey
cup of fat-free buttermilk

heat the cooker to 375 degrees F. 
mix the water, apples, cornstarch, fructose, and cinnamon in to a sauce pan over middle heat. 
tip the apple mix into a dish. 
combine the pastry flour with the baking powder to make biscuit dough. 
Add the canola oil and stir well. 
Next, add the buttermilk and honey, and stir with a fork till the mixture is damp. 
pour the biscuit dough on the apples with tablespoos. 
heat for twenty minutes or so until done. 
Serve warm and enjoy! 

Strawberry Banana Sundae
1 package of sugar free strawberry jello
6 ice cubes
1 cup of boiling water
four fresh strawberries
four large spoons of whipped topping

Take a small bowl and permit the jello to dissolve in boiling water. 
Let the bowl cool for 10 mins. 
Place the ice and jelly into the blender, cover, and process until ice is dissolved. 
Add bananas, and mix for another minute or two. 
pour into 4 dishes, and cool for 30 minutes or till set. 
Garnish each with a strawberry and tablespoon of whipped topping! 

Almond Biscotti

cup of sugar
cup of finely chopped almonds
4 egg whites—lightly beaten
two little spoons of almond extract
little spoon of salt
2 cups of all purpose flour
2teaspoons of baking powder
two big spoons of margarine

-Preheat your stove to 375 degrees F.  Place the almonds into a baking pan, and then cook for seven or eight mins.  Watch punctiliously for the almonds to turn golden brown, and then set aside. 

-Beat margarine and sugar into medium sized bowl with mixer.  When smooth, add egg whites and almond extract.  Continue to mix, and then combine flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl.  Mix that as well, and then stir almonds and egg white mix into flour mixture.  Make sure it is well mixed. 

-With cooking spray, spray two 9′ x 5′ loaf pans.  Evenly divide the dough and spread it between pans.  Spread evenly over the bottoms of the pans with wet fingertips. 

-Bake 15 mins or so.  Insert a knife into the center to make sure that it is done. 

-Turn loaves onto cutting board, and as fast as they are cooled down, cut each into sixteen,’ thick slices! 

-Place slices onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.  Heat for five more mins ; turn slices over and bake five mins on other side, or until golden brown. 

-Serve and enjoy!
